Here at Redback our main aim is to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase.
We offer two types of shipping for any online orders. Standard delivery usually takes between 3-5 days delivery and we charge £6 for this service. We also offer Express delivery which usually takes between 1-2 days delivery and we charge £12 for this service. Both of these services are through the courier DPD.
As all our bats are individually handmade, please allow up to 10-14 days for your new bat to arrive, this maybe sooner if we have a stocked bat that meet your specifications ordered.
Any orders over £300 will receive Express shipping for free.
