Here at Redback our main aim is to make sure you the customer are happy with your purchase.
We offer two types of shipping for any online orders. Standard delivery usually takes between 2-4 working days delivery and we charge £8 for this service. We also offer Express delivery which usually takes between 1-2 days delivery and we charge £14 for this service. Both of these services are through the courier Parcelforce Worldwide.
As all our bats are individually handmade, please allow up to 10-14 days for your new bat to arrive, this maybe sooner if we have a stocked bat that meets your specifications ordered.
Any orders over £200 will receive Express shipping for FREE.
